SAGINAW, MI — Spicer Group Inc. has a sophisticated new way to produced detailed mapping in far less time than traditional survey work.

The Saginaw-based engineering, land surveying and community planning company recently invested about $700,000 to purchase a Leica Pegasus:One mobile mapping system.
