Developer Tip - Get onboard the Nokia X Porting Bus

All through March, the Nokia Porting Bus will rolling across Europe to introduce developers to our new Nokia X software platform

From Nokia…

Nokia X is your new software platform for new markets, additional revenue, and wider promotion of your apps. Best of all, about 75 per cent of all Android apps are directly compatible with the Nokia X software platform and ready to be published on Nokia Store. If you already develop Android apps, you can continue to use your existing tool chain. And if your app is one of the few that needs changing, we now provide a plugin package for the SDK.

If you are nearby, come and meet us! Bring your Android apps to the bus, and we will show you how easy it is to port them to the new Nokia X software platform. And we will let you check your apps on actual Nokia X devices. You will also meet our friendly Nokia experts and have a chance to get some cool swag, including T-shirts and portable chargers.
