How many ways are there of making the connected car safer?
Beyond the engineering of the vehicle, connected car producers and suppliers must now consider a new level of driver distraction, software security and a whole host of ADAS features. In fact, software security, with 29% of votes was considered the biggest challenge of them all!
This was just one of the findings that come from the poll questions asked at three of Telematics Update’s major conferences. Other interesting findings included responses to the product lifecycle disparity of the connected car and consumer electronics and the monetization of the connected car.
