Google Now available on Chrome

March 26, 2014 By LBSzone

Previously available only as a beta feature, Google Now is now being rolled out to all versions of the company’s web browser. This means that Chrome users will soon be able to access custom notifications from the smart personal assistant service on their desktop. Those who already use the service on mobile devices (Android and iOS) will soon see Google Now’s signature information cards popping up on their PC, provided they are signed into Chrome with their Google account. The service provides information and alerts pertaining to local weather, traffic conditions, sports results, events, etc.
