WASHINGTON, D.C., – September 16, 2014 – Magpi, a leading provider of configurable, cloud-based mobile data collection and communication applications, today announced that CEO and Co-founder Dr. Joel Selanikio will speak at Health Workers Count, a cross-sector ideation session focusing on the use of technology and big data in global health held in New York City on September 23. Dr. Selanikio will discuss how the social sector can leverage big data to provide insights on global health programming and drive decision-making that enhances the healthcare workforce and health outcomes.

Leaders from the private sector in data analysis, business strategy and innovation will be sharing lessons learned in how to use data to inform better practice and determine future opportunities for collaboration.
