TrackX Partners with Quest Solution to Accelerate Asset Tracking Implementations in North America

DENVER, COLORADO–(Marketwired – May 9, 2016) – TrackX Inc. a leading provider of RFID-enabled asset tracking and supply chain management solutions, announced today its partnership with Quest Solution, one of North America’s largest mobility systems integrators for the industry’s leading hardware manufacturers.

Quest focuses on the design, deployment and support of fully integrated enterprise mobile solutions. The core markets serviced by Quest includes retail, distribution, manufacturing, healthcare and logistics for a Fortune 500 company customer base that includes Apple, Bridgestone/Firestone, Safeway, Sherwin Williams, Ingersoll Rand, Cardinal Health, Penske Logistics, Delta Faucets, Tractor Supply, McKesson and AmerisourceBergen.

Reverse Takeover Transaction

On February 16, 2016 Cougar Minerals Corp. a TSX Venture Exchange listed company announced that it has entered into a share exchange agreement to acquire all of the issued and outstanding securities of TrackX, Inc. a Delaware corporation. This transaction will constitute a “reverse takeover” of Cougar by TrackX Inc. resulting in the listing of TrackX’s shares on the TSX Venture Exchange. Subject to the fulfillment of conditions precedent of the Share Exchange Agreement, and final acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange, closing is anticipated to occur in May 2016.
