DevLeague Bootcamp Adds 22 Software Developers — 11 Women — to Hawaii’s Workforce

HONOLULU–Hawaii will gain 22 much-needed software developers when DevLeague, the state’s first coding bootcamp, graduates its latest cohorts on April 8. Half of them are female, a record number for the company and a proactive effort on DevLeague’s part to push for gender diversity in an industry dominated by men, and where only 18 percent of computer science majors in the nation are women.
